Fender plastic keychain from the 60s. It was produced after 1965 as it has the "Musical Intruments" text (compared to the Pre CBS "Fine Electric Instruments)
Used as a case tag or keychain. You can fill in name and address on the back (see second picture).
Fender did produced at least 5 different version of this plastic keychain with different marking, different logo, Pre CBS or CBS.
