This is a rare item from Fender which was produced around 1966.
It is a Fender "distinguished dealer award" that any successfull Fender dealer would receive and hang on the wall.
It is made of a wooden frame with a ceramic square tile in the center.
The tile is signed by Don Randall (from factory)
Most of the time the tile is broken as it is fragile. Fortunately this one is in very good shape.
It appears that Fender used this award for a very short time and did not produced any other version before the early 2000s.
