What is better than an instrument coming from original owner, loved and played for years?
 
Jean who lived few kilometers away from Paris France, bought this bass new, played it but unfortunately modified it.
 
As a lot of guitar and bass players in the 80s, he wanted to add a boost with a integrated 9V battery. He made an amateur rooting on the body to put the battery. Thanks to him, the hole was made on the back of the body but it had to be repaired.
 
The body was sent to Francesco from Cesco's corner guitars for repair who made (with Romano Burini) an incredible repair!
 
It is now back and ready to play for the next 50 years
