In 1961, the Les Paul Junior model changed to what we call now the SG body shape, a sharp double-cutaway guitar which was a drastic departure from the original Les Paul design.

This new Les Paul / SG Junior sported a single bridge position P-90 pickup, wraparound tailpiece, and still had "Les Paul Model" on the headstock until mid 1962 when Les Paul name was removed (until it came back in 1968).

Available in 1962 as an option for an extra $27.50, our 1962 model is equipped with a Maestro Vibrola.

This guitar which was sold by Walter D Moses in Richmond VA as you can see on the sticker on the back of the headstock.

It is all original with untouched soldering. it had recent tuners but original are back (tiny extra screw holes from previous tuners but invisible when original are installed).

Comes with a protective vintage but not original case.

Be fast before it is gone! Perfect tool to Rock&Roll!!
