What we have here is a prewar National resonator with a square neck.

The "Havana" model was produced between 1938 and 1942 with a Kay body.

Top is made of spruce with natural finished. Back and sides are made of maple painted sunburst.

The headstock has an ebony layer and etched logo.

Original tuners are Kluson Chicago engraved with a patent number as you can see on the picture.

National guitars were produced in Chicago as well by that time.

During the 30s National used to produce their own body which were later made by Kay as for this model. Even Harmony and Gibson made bodies for National.

This one is in CRAZY original condition and sounds great. Even tweed case in same condition is available.

You will not find another one in this condition!!!
